• Bookings are from Friday-to-Friday 2008 and Saturday-to-Saturday from 2009. Short breaks available on a pro-rata basis. Bookings are available up to the end of 2009.
• Faraway will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.
• We ask guests to vacate by 10am on the day of departure to allow the caretaker ample time to check the cottage.
• Please try to leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition that you found it. It will be necessary to pay for or replace any damaged items.
• On booking we require a deposit of 25% of the cost of your holiday.
• On receipt of your booking form with the fee, we will send you written confirmation of your booking and your final account, which becomes due eight weeks before your arrival date at Faraway.
• On receipt of your final payment, we will forward to you directions on how to reach the property and arrangements for collecting keys, together with the name and address of the caretaker.
• A pet is charged at £20 per pet per week, or part week. If you plan to bring a pet, please bear in mind that pets should not be left unattended in Faraway or be allowed in the bedrooms.
• Towels, Tea towels and linen are provided, but beach towels are not.
• The cot is for children aged 2 and under only.  Linen is not provided for the cot.
